EVA Liner production process

EVA lining, also known as EVA liner, EVA inner support, etc., is a lining product for various types of packaging boxes. It is suitable for packaging of various types of hardware canning, packaging, electronic appliances, communication equipment, medicinal materials, etc. The EVA lining is made of EVA foam through laser scanning and precision molding. It has the characteristics and functions of shockproof, buffering, fireproof, moisture-proof, anti-static, environmental protection, and product quality improvement. Production Process:

1. Material, color and specifications specified by customer

2. Foam corresponding foam sheets according to customer requirements

3. Cut into sections according to the required thickness.

4. Laser CNC forming

5. After passing the quality inspection, the product will be packaged and shipped.
